Labor Day weekend is here — and the city is giving summer a proper send-off.
Monday has a Labor Day Cookout at Château Le Woof — basically a block party on the sidewalk in Astoria with a DJ, BBQ, and frosé. If you want to move before you eat, Pilates and Paws in Central Park on Sunday morning is the for you.
If creative is more your speed, the Pupsicles and Donuts Workshop at Château Le Woof on Saturday lets you and your dog make something worth eating. And if sitting back and watching something great sounds better than all of that, Akeelah and the Bee is screening uptown on Wednesday and Wicked hits the Midtown rooftop on Saturday.
One more thing worth flagging: Fashion Week is starting to show up on the calendar. The Pawelier x Bark House pop-up on Tuesday brings live pet portraits, NYFW fashion photos, and a shopping experience to Chelsea. Summer isn't over yet, but fall is already knocking.
