Hey!

Summer is fully here, and this week the city is delivering on all fronts.

If you want to get moving, there are runs, yoga, and Pilates on the calendar — some with your dog, some with dogs provided. A quick note: puppy yoga and puppy Pilates bring the dogs to you, so these are actually perfect events to drag a non-dog-owning friend to. Consider it a conversion opportunity.

If something more low-key is your speed, there are free outdoor movies, free theater, and free concerts happening across the city this week — leashed dogs welcome at all of them.

One thing to flag: Boris & Horton is running World Cup matches all week, not on one set day. Here's the full schedule.
