Hey!
The World Cup is in full swing and Pride is hitting its stride. This week, your dog has a front row seat to both.
If big crowds and celebrations are your thing, the city is delivering. If they're not, there are quieter ways to make the most of summer, including getting your dog out on the water for the first time.
Doggie cruises, kayaking, paddleboarding. It turns out your dog's summer bucket list just got a little more interesting.

World Cup Watch Parties @ Boris & Horton, Tue–Sun throughout Jun

Meet at the Gay Liberation Monument in Christopher Park before walking to Washington Square Park for a group photo at the arch and off-leash play at the dog run. Open to all dogs and dog lovers; first 30 RSVPs get sponsor goodies.

Paint with Pups @ Le Doggie Café, on Sat, 20 Jun, 13:00–15:00
A paint-and-sip at Williamsburg's dog café — you paint portraits of dogs while actual dogs wander the room around you. The model and the muse are one and the same.

A Sunday afternoon stand-up show in Crown Heights where dogs are on the guest list — rotating lineup of diverse local comedians, with a portion of every ticket going directly to animal rescue. Must Love Dogs and Comedy has raised over $32,000 for rescue organizations since founding; this is the fun part of that mission.

Ask a Dog Expert
Ever wondered what your dog is actually trying to tell you — psychic or not?
This week feels like a good time to ask. We're building a section where Dog World readers get real answers from the people who actually know: vets, trainers, groomers, and more. No crystal ball required.
Hit reply and send it in.

Psychics, pearls, Pride, and the World Cup — your dog has a packed week. Get out there and see what the universe has to say.
And if something's been on your mind about your pup, hit reply and send it in. It might be the next question we take to an expert.

The World Cup. Pride. Free ice cream. Shakespeare in the park. Your dog has opinions — get out there and find out which side they're on.
And if the ice cream question is still nagging at you, hit reply. It might just be our next expert answer.
